In 2006, Operation Mandarin was broadcast on Triple M when mandarin peel stayed on the floor for a number of weeks without the previous cleaners noticing. Triple M changed to Planet Earth for their cleaning and Operation Mandarin came to an end as they found and disposed of the mandarin in no time.
